Many of our clients have been in the mobile catering business for years and know exactly what they want in their trailer. But if you are a newcomer to mobile catering we will help you to decide what you need for the menu you wish to serve.

We have put together a few questions below, to help you work out exactly what you will need to fit into your mobile catering unit. What size trailer would you like? Our trailers range in length between 8 feet and 22 feet.
What are your refrigeration needs? You may need more than one small undercounter fridge, so spend a moment to work out what would meet your needs. You may need an upright freezer or a chest freezer, display chillers for drinks etc.
Cooking equipment. Equipment you don't use is a waste so make sure the equipment you list is needed. Do you need a griddle, bain marie, oven, crepe machine, chargrill, fryer, soup cauldron, salamander, wok, hob etc. If so how many and what size where applicable?
Would you like special features such as a suspended ceiling, removable hitch, stainless steel walls and counters?
Tell us about any other features - menu board, top sign, generator, storage etc.
